We clarify the task, the people involved and the desired outcome.

From intent to delivery

Identify operational bottlenecks and prioritise improvements.

Where working time goes

We begin with the people who handle orders, quotations and accounts every day. Together we trace where information arrives, who checks it and where the same details are entered again. This separates problems caused by software from those caused by unclear ownership.

Choosing the first changes

A new application is not always necessary. An improved form, a connection between existing tools or an agreed place for shared data may solve the problem. We assess proposed changes by scope, dependencies and expected value, including any data cleanup needed before implementation.

Work that can be included

Review workflows, systems and data movement

Identify repetitive tasks and integration opportunities

Plan priorities, investment and delivery stages

What you receive

The audit produces a description of the reviewed processes, the obstacles found and a proposed order of work. It identifies required connections, people who need to be involved and information to prepare. Any payback estimate uses your figures, with assumptions stated separately.

Preparing for the first conversation

Choose one task that regularly gets stuck. Tell us who does it, which applications they use and how often it happens. You do not need to collect every company document beforehand.

Frequently asked questions about the process audit

What is a process audit?

A process audit is a review of a company's daily work: which steps are done manually, which systems are used, where data is duplicated and where information gets stuck. The result is a prioritised list of proposed changes with their benefit and sequence.

How long does the audit take?

For a small or medium company the audit usually takes 1–3 weeks: conversations with responsible staff, review of systems and data flows, and preparation of conclusions. The duration depends on the number of processes and departments.

What do I get at the end of the audit?

You receive a document describing current processes, the problems found, proposed solutions (automation, integrations, system changes), a preliminary investment estimate and a staged plan. We present the results in a meeting and answer questions.

Does the audit oblige us to order the implementation?

No. You can implement the conclusions with your own team or another supplier. If you choose to continue with us, the audit material becomes the brief for the first implementation stage.

What should we prepare for the first conversation?

A short description of which tasks take the most time or cause errors, a list of systems in use and one or two concrete examples. Technical documents are not needed – what matters is that the people who do the work take part in the conversation.
