Your request
We clarify the task, the people involved and the desired outcome.
Organise customer, sales and operational information in a shared system tailored to your team.
Fit the system to the work
CRM supports customer relationships and sales activity. ERP covers broader operations such as orders, stock and projects. We first establish which functions are needed and who will use them, then assess a suitable product or custom development.
Include data migration in the plan
Existing customer and order lists may contain duplicates, missing fields and inconsistent names. We agree on what to keep and how to check it before migration. The plan also covers accounting, email or store connections, user permissions and essential reports.
Work that can be included
Select and customise a suitable system
Migrate existing data and integrate accounting
Prepare management reports and team training
Launch with the team
Delivery is divided into agreed areas of work so staff can try actual tasks. A customer record might lead to a quotation, an order and a status update. Training uses these examples. Before launch, we identify who owns data quality and handles questions internally.

Frequently asked questions about ERP and CRM
What is the difference between ERP and CRM?
A CRM manages customer relationships: contacts, sales pipeline, proposals and communication. An ERP covers wider company processes: orders, warehouse, purchasing, production and accounting. Smaller companies often start with a CRM and add an ERP as they grow.
Which systems do you implement?
We work with open-source and commercial systems – ERPNext, Odoo, custom Laravel solutions – and integrate them with Rivile, Dineta or other accounting software. The system is chosen to fit your processes, budget and team habits, not the other way round.
How long does an ERP or CRM implementation take?
A CRM for a small team can go live in 3–6 weeks. An ERP implementation with data migration, training and integrations usually takes 2–6 months, depending on the number of modules and process complexity.
Do you migrate data from the old system?
Yes. We plan the migration of customers, products, stock levels and order history. Before go-live we run a trial migration and verification so the new system starts with correct data.
Do you train the team to use the system?
Yes. At the end of the implementation we run role-based training, leave short guides and stay available for questions during the first weeks after launch. Later we can provide maintenance and further development.
