Your request

We clarify the task, the people involved and the desired outcome.

From intent to delivery

Set up and maintain hosting environments for websites and business systems.

Choose resources around the workload

We assess applications, data volume and traffic before recommending a hosting environment. The discussion covers websites, databases, email and administrative access. Existing hosting may be suitable after improvements, with migration considered only when needed.

Plan for recovery, not just copying

Backup arrangements reflect system importance and how often data changes. We agree on storage, retention and recovery checks. Monitoring can reveal availability or resource problems; notification recipients and the agreed response are part of the service scope.

Work that can be included

Select resources and migrate to a new environment

Configure SSL, updates and availability monitoring

Set up backups and recovery procedures

Prepare the migration

A move may cover files, databases and email. We agree on domain changes and timing, then check the website, forms and key integrations. Resource charges from the hosting provider and administration work are listed separately.

Information for an assessment

Frequently asked questions about hosting and VPS

What is the difference between shared hosting and a VPS?

On shared hosting many websites share one server's resources, so it is cheaper but limited. A VPS is a separate virtual machine with its own resources and full control – suitable for online stores, business systems and websites with higher traffic or special requirements.

Will you migrate our website from the current host?

Yes. We plan the migration in advance: copy files and the database, test the website in the new environment, then switch DNS. Planned correctly, the website stays available to visitors throughout.

How often are backups made?

The backup frequency is agreed according to how often data changes – for an online store usually daily. What matters is recovery, not the copy: we regularly verify that the site can be restored from a backup within the agreed time.

What does VPS administration include?

Operating system and software updates, SSL certificates, firewall and basic protection, availability and resource monitoring, backups and response to incidents within the agreed reaction time.

Which servers do you use?

We work with European data centre providers (for example Hetzner, Contabo) and, where needed, with a provider chosen by the client. The server is selected around the needs of the website or system, not a single standard plan.
