Process automation and integrations
WATCH THE PROCESS
An idea becomes a working connection.
Scroll or choose a step to follow the journey.
Your request
We clarify the task, the people involved and the desired outcome.
Connect existing tools so requests, documents and data move between systems without repeated manual entry.
Follow one process from start to finish
A useful starting point is a clearly defined task. A website inquiry might create a CRM record, notify a colleague and prepare a reply for review. We agree on the trigger, required information and the point at which a person makes the decision.
Connect the tools you already use
We review interfaces, access and data formats before choosing Make, n8n or a custom integration. Exceptions are part of the design: duplicate records, missing details, unavailable applications and changed orders must be visible to the person responsible.
Work that can be included
Connect CRM, accounting and email through APIs
Automate tasks, reminders and document preparation
Build Make or n8n workflows with error monitoring
Check the workflow before launch
Tests cover agreed examples, including incomplete and incorrect data. We establish who can inspect the action history and how to stop a faulty workflow. Handover covers operation, accounts and maintenance. Platform charges and project work are discussed separately.
Choosing a first task
Start with frequent work governed by clear rules. In your inquiry, explain which applications you currently copy information between.
Frequently asked questions about automation
Which processes can be automated?
We most often automate order and invoice flows, data synchronisation between e-shop, CRM and accounting, customer notifications, report generation and form processing. Any repetitive work with clear rules is a candidate.
Which tools do you use for integrations?
We use n8n, Make, direct API integrations and custom code when reliability or more complex logic is required. The tool is chosen based on system capabilities, data volume and what will be easiest to maintain.
Is automation suitable for a small company?
Yes. In a small company one automated chain, for example a website inquiry flowing into the CRM and a proposal, saves hours every week. We start with the process that brings the biggest benefit and expand as needed.
What happens when an integration fails?
Every automation gets monitoring and error notifications, and critical processes get retry logic. The maintenance plan defines response times and who is responsible for the fix.
How does an automation project start?
It starts with a short process audit: we document the steps, systems and manual work, estimate time savings and risks. Then we propose a prioritised plan and implement the first automation within a few weeks.
